BOOKING

To ensure trouble-free processing please fill in all compulsory fields. For payment information please look at PAYMENT on this site. After having sent this form the tour operator EXTRATOURS GMBH will immediately receive a reservation order / booking. With your booking sent away you accept the travel conditions published on this website.
       
BOOKING COMFIRMATION
After receipt of your booking form we will send the booking confirmation by email within 24 hours from Monday until Thursday. Please check its contents immediately, because it is the basis of the contract between you and Extratours GmbH. Please contact us immediately if something seems to be incorrect.
Should you not receive the booking confirmation within 24 hours from Monday until Thursday please contact us again because of transmission error.


PAYMENT
You can choose the method of payment on the booking form. Unfortunately without this information we cannot process your booking form. The methods of payment are as follows:
a) From your account (only possible for clients with German bank details)
b) Payment by credit card. This is the most convenient and inexpensive method of payment. (We will pay the charges).


DOWN PAYMENT
To secure your booking we require an immediate down payment of EUR 50.00 per person after receipt of the booking confirmation. We are pleased to charge the down payment from your bank account or your credit card account.
REST PAYMENT
The final payment must be made 45 days prior arrival date at the latest. We are pleased to charge the rest payment without any further reminder as mentioned above.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
We will send your travel documents by email 2 weeks prior arrival at the latest. This includes

*   Detailed Journey Information
*   Exact Hotel Information
*   Beertent Confirmation
*   Information about your Munich stay
*   Information abaout the Oktoberfest


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Last but not least we would like to inform you that we will send Confirmation, Invoice and Travel documents in PDF-files (Portable Document Format).
You will need the programm ACROBAT READER to open our files. Please download ACROBAD READER without any fee under: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you prefer to get the whole correspondence by mail, please inform us in your booking form. In case of post/mail delivery extra costs will be charged with EUR 15 per booking.
